Return and Refund Policy

Each piece from Kiki’s Collections is lovingly and patiently handcrafted, inspired by the beauty of the ocean and island life. Because of this, every item is unique and made with special care.

We hope you absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly include a clear photo of the damage or fault along with your invoice, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom & Personalised Pieces

Items made especially for you—such as personalised or custom designs—are non-refundable, as they are uniquely created with you in mind.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

We accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/ unused and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to reflect.

If you’d like a different style, we’re happy to offer exchanges (subject to availability). Simply get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the process.
