Processing Time
Items that are readily available will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and order payment.
Items that need to be prepared (pre-orders) will be processed within 3–10 business days. As each piece is handmade, slight variations and preparation times may occur, but we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been finalised, an estimated delivery timeframe will be shared with you.
Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Costs
As we currently operate online and do not have a physical store, all orders are delivered directly to your chosen location. Delivery fees are based on your area:
