Each piece is crafted with passion and love. If your jewellery ever breaks, don’t worry—we’re here to help restore it to its original beauty.
Simply reach out to us with a clear photo of the damage along with a copy of your invoice. Once we’ve assessed the piece, we’ll get in touch to confirm the repair cost and arrange collection or return for restoration.
Jewelleries not purchased from Kiki’s Collection’s
We also offer restoration services for jewellery not purchased from Kiki’s Collections.
Simply get in touch with us, sharing a clear photo of your jewellery along with a description of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll contact you with any additional questions, provide a restoration quote, and arrange collection or return.
Our restoration services include replacing clasps, earring hooks, and studs, as well as modifying pieces to better suit your style.
Please note that we do not offer soldering services and are unable to repair solid gold or silver jewellery for the time being.
